Changes and Cancellation Policy
Synergy Institute of Professional Studies, hereinafter referred to as SYNIPS, reserves the right to cancel or change the date or location of its events/courses. SYNIPS responsibility will under no circumstances exceed the amount of the fee collected. Before confirming travel arrangements and accommodations, please call to confirm whether the course will run as scheduled. SYNIPS is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable travel arrangements, accommodations or any other expense associated with cancellation of a course/event.
Course/event confirmation will be made two weeks prior to the course commencement. SYNIPS will not accept any cancellations or refund requests following the receipt of the course confirmation, however substitutions are welcome.
If you wish to withdraw from a course, you must advise us in writing within the time prescribed above and by providing the official payment receipt. The key features of our refund policy are:
- More than 15 business days before course commencement: A full refund minus $50.00 administration charge.
- Fifteen to five business days in advance: A credit for transfer to another SYNIPS course valid for one year. Credits are transferable within your organization.
- Less than five business days in advance: A participant can be substituted (someone else can attend) without any additional cost.
- Refund time period: Allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
